So, my brief for The Start was
‘How should Jo Malone take on Mental Health while appealing to Career-Driven Millennials’
I originally settled on a Scent Sanctuary idea, where pop up spots to relax would be introduced at subway entrances. As you can see in the next section, this idea evolved into a train carriage.
Before that evolution, however, I made some Gaussian Splats of some potential Glasgow Subway entrances. Not perfect but still very cool imo.

Things are starting to come together. Here’s a hero image I made for the site.
REJECTED
Even after smashing my interviews (they said it, not me), I’ve been rejected from both the jobs I previously mentioned. The feeling sucks, the job market sucks, remind me why I had to fall in love with graphic design?
On a positive note, one of them did say that they opted for a senior, and that if they were looking for a junior in future they’d contact me directly.
I also had a pre-recorded interview yesterday, and hopefully my Scent Station idea is good enough to warrant an internship. We’ll see…
